What is your return policy?
We firmly support all our products. If you do not receive the order or the arrived order is damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please find specific details in our refund and return policy.
My item has been delivered to the incorrect mailbox or stolen delivery after signing?
We are not responsible for misplaced/stolen items after delivery (for example, after delivery of the mailbox). We will ensure that the items are delivered to your address based on the information provided by the logistics company. If the item needs to be replaced, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

1. Where do you ship?
We provide US only, but UK, Canada or other European and Asia countries will be available very soon. Kindly note the following areas in the US is still not available for shipping :Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Military Basic.

2. Do you provide free shipping?
We don't offer free shipping as free shipping is never really "free" on any internet site. The cost of shipping will be built into each item price, so would mean that if you buy more than one item, that you end up paying shipping multiple times. We much prefer to charge a competitive price for our items, and charge only a single price for shipping. 
Please note international shipping is expensive, we will always endeavor to find the most cost effective way to ship.

3. How long will it take to get my order?
For the order placed will be packaged within 24 hours except some special holiday. the delivery time depends on where you are, overseas deliveries choose air-shipping and can take about 7-30 days depending on local customs and import procedures. 

4. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use JD.com to deliver within China, as well as their delivery partners internationally. International local packages will be shipped via Cainiao International.

5. Where can I see my order tracking information?
Your orders is also available to track here: https://t.17track.net/   It normally need to take 5-7days to see the tracking details from the time the order placed . Please no worries and we know kind and honest is the basic of all business .

6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Please check your city, area, and post code carefully when you place orders, this is very important because we cannot change the shipment once the product is on route.

7. How can I cancel my orders?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll take you through the process. 8. All the crystal you sold are real?
Yes, we don't sell fake or dyed crystals, we do not feel it is right to mislead people into buying something which is not real. But we do sell some manmade or man-altered crystals such as opalite, blue sand or orange sand stone and so on. All manmade or man-altered crystals are clearly labelled as such on each listing.
